1 Package of generic bread crust stuffing (you will need about 10-12 cups of the bread). You will typically find these in the bakery aisle during the holidays. It's basically bread cut up and bagged for you.
1 9oz Jar of Ronnie’s Giardiniera.
1/2 Cup (8 Tablespoons) unsalted butter.
2 Cups of chicken broth.
~ INSTRUCTIONS ~
Mix 1 9oz Jar of Ronnie’s Giardiniera into about 10 cups of the bread stuffing.
Melt the butter and add to the bread stuffing.
Slowly add 2 cups of chicken broth and continue to mix the giardiniera, butter and broth into the bread stuffing.
Spray an 11x14 baking dish with olive oil.
Add entire mixture to the baking dish.
Bake for 2 hours at 350° mixing every 20-30 minutes to prevent the bottom from getting soggy. I bake it until it is pretty crisp, but you may like yours a little softer - in this case, just bake for less time.
