Ingredients

  • 1 Loaf bakery-fresh sourdough bread
  • 1 Jar Ronnie’s Giardiniera
  • 1 Can French onion soup
  • 8 Ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 8 Ounces cheddar cheese
  • ½ Cup Unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Warm up skillet on medium
  2. Drain broth from French onion soup
  3. Slice sourdough bread into ½-¾” thick slices
  4. Butter bread and place bottom piece in skillet
  5. Add 2 ounces mozzarella cheese
  6. Add 2 Tablespoons drained French onion soup
  7. Add 2 Tablespoons Ronnie’s Giardiniera
  8. Add 2 ounces cheddar cheese
  9. Butter bread and add the other slice of bread to the top
  10. Flip when it’s ready to your liking
  11. Cut and serve
