Ingredients
- 1 Loaf bakery-fresh sourdough bread
- 1 Jar Ronnie’s Giardiniera
- 1 Can French onion soup
- 8 Ounces mozzarella cheese
- 8 Ounces cheddar cheese
- ½ Cup Unsalted butter
Instructions
- Warm up skillet on medium
- Drain broth from French onion soup
- Slice sourdough bread into ½-¾” thick slices
- Butter bread and place bottom piece in skillet
- Add 2 ounces mozzarella cheese
- Add 2 Tablespoons drained French onion soup
- Add 2 Tablespoons Ronnie’s Giardiniera
- Add 2 ounces cheddar cheese
- Butter bread and add the other slice of bread to the top
- Flip when it’s ready to your liking
- Cut and serve
