
Giardiniera Cheesy Bread

Ronnie’s Giardiniera™ sneaks in with its tangy crunch and slow-building heat, cutting through the richness like a flavorful exclamation point. It’s not just cheesy bread—it’s a fiery, briny, melty masterpiece that turns a simple snack into a full-blown flavor event.
Ingredients
The Bread:
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 Tbsp active dry yeast
- ¼ cup honey
- 4 Tbsp butter (softened)
- 2 tsp salt
- ~6 cups all-purpose flour
The Swirl:
- 1 cup Ronnie's Giardiniera, drained well and chopped fine
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone
- Optional: sprinkle of red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
1. Mix and knead dough. Let rise until doubled.
2. Roll dough into a rectangle, spread giardiniera + cheese evenly.
3. Roll up jelly-roll style, pinch seam, place in loaf pan.
4. Let rise a second time, then bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes until golden.
