How Did This Happen?
Simple... I couldn't find a Chicago Dog in Seattle!
In addition to my own frustrations, as Ronnie's Giardiniera grew people kept asking us at the booth if we sold Chicago Style Hot Dogs or Italian Beefs (there's a lot of us ✶✶✶✶ folk out here). But sadly I had to laugh and keep saying "no"... And I hate saying "no", so here we are, giving this food thing a shot - one dog at a time (Italian Beef could be around the bend).
There will be FOUR hot dogs available.
#1) Chicago Style:
- Poppy seed bun
- Yellow mustard
- Neon green relish
- Chopped onions
- Sliced tomatoes
- Dill pickle spear
- Sport peppers
- Celery salt
#2) Ronnie Style (aka The Chicago Quick Step):
- Poppy seed bun
- Ronnie’s Giardiniera
- Yellow mustard
- Celery salt
#3) Seattle Style:
- Regular bun
- Cream cheese
- Grilled onions
#4) No Style (aka Kid Style):
- Regular bun
- NO condiments
