Corned Beef Hash Sandwich

Corned Beef Hash Sandwich. I'm sure I've got a bunch of Irish rolling their eyes at this one, but it's seriously one of the best sandwiches I've ever made. Simple too... Fry up some corned beef hash (yes, from a can), melt smoked provolone onto a ciabatta bun, add cabbage (yes, pre-bagged coleslaw), top with Rovente Giardiniera. It's all the cholesterol you'll need for a couple days.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of corned beef hash
  • Ronnie’s Rovente Giardiniera
  • Smoked provolone
  • Ciabatta buns
  • Bagged coleslaw

Instructions

  1. Fry up the corned beef hash until it is crispy, almost burnt
  2. Melt provolone onto ciabatta bun in air fryer
  3. Place corned beef on ciabatta bun after it comes out of the air fryer
  4. Spoon rovente giardiniera onto corned beef
  5. Place coleslaw on ciabatta bun
  6. Cut and serve
