Corned Beef Hash Sandwich
Corned Beef Hash Sandwich. I'm sure I've got a bunch of Irish rolling their eyes at this one, but it's seriously one of the best sandwiches I've ever made. Simple too... Fry up some corned beef hash (yes, from a can), melt smoked provolone onto a ciabatta bun, add cabbage (yes, pre-bagged coleslaw), top with Rovente Giardiniera. It's all the cholesterol you'll need for a couple days.
Ingredients
- 1 can of corned beef hash
- Ronnie’s Rovente Giardiniera
- Smoked provolone
- Ciabatta buns
- Bagged coleslaw
Instructions
- Fry up the corned beef hash until it is crispy, almost burnt
- Melt provolone onto ciabatta bun in air fryer
- Place corned beef on ciabatta bun after it comes out of the air fryer
- Spoon rovente giardiniera onto corned beef
- Place coleslaw on ciabatta bun
- Cut and serve
