Giardiniera Spherification Serving Spoon

This specialty perforated spoon is a great way to strain the giardiniera. This is what you use if you want more vegetables and less olive oil or more olive oil and less vegetables. 

For example, you may want to use the giardiniera infused olive oil for sautéing, dipping or drizzling over another dish – this spoon will remove the vegetables so you have just the olive oil remaining… On the other hand, you may want to use less olive oil if you are putting the giardiniera on a sandwich so it doesn’t get too soggy.
