The nationally televised segment will air on Thursday, August 13, during the third hour of TODAY, introducing millions of viewers across the country to one of Chicago's most iconic condiments.

Founded by Chicago native Ron Sievers, Ronnie's Giardiniera was created with a simple mission: bring authentic Chicago-style giardiniera to people who have never experienced it.
